The Full Color 3 Kink Zong sits at the point in the ZongGlass lineup where the piece starts to feel genuinely tall. At 19–22 inches with three full Z-kinks, it has moved past the compact everyday sizes into a range where the Zong geometry becomes a visual presence in the room — and where the full colour treatment, saturating the entire tube from base to mouthpiece, has more glass to work with.

What “Full Color” Means

Full Color means the entire tube is coloured — not just the base, not just the mouthpiece, not worked sections at either end. American colour rods are applied to the full length of the tube during the blowing process and fused permanently into the borosilicate. Seven colours are available: Amber, Black, Light Blue, Cobalt Blue, Green, Pink, and Purple. Each reads differently across the three kinks — the Z-bends create shadow and light variation that gives the colour depth as the eye moves along the piece. Every piece is made to order, so your colour choice is the colour your piece is built with, not picked from shelf stock.

Fuming on a Full Colour Piece

Silver (.995) and Gold (22ct) fuming are both available on the Full Color 3 Kink. Silver fuming creates a warm golden iridescence that sits under and between the colour, making the tube appear more luminous and adding a shift that changes with viewing angle and use. Gold fuming adds a rosier, warmer tint. Both develop character over time — the chameleon shift intensifies the more the piece is used and heated. On a fully coloured tube, fuming adds a layer of visual complexity that makes the piece increasingly individual with age.

The 3 Kink is the natural step up for anyone who has used a 1 or 2 Kink and wants more — more height, more smoke path, more cooling across three bends, more visual presence — without committing to the full scale of a 6 Kink. Every Full Color 3 Kink Zong is built to order at the ZongGlass workshop in Phoenix, Arizona using German Schott borosilicate tubing and American colour rods. Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks; up to 30 days during peak periods. Glass-on-glass with 14mm bowl and downstem included.
