The Extra Kinky Zong is a hand-blown borosilicate Zong bong from ZongGlass, the original Zong manufacturer based in Phoenix, Arizona since 1992. Classic kink design, borosilicate construction, made to order from the workshop that invented the format.

The Zong Kink

The defining feature of every Zong is the kink: an S-bend in the neck that slows and cools smoke between the water chamber and the mouthpiece. ZongGlass has been refining this geometry since 1992 — every kink is placed and angled by hand for consistent performance. The result is a smoother draw than a straight tube of the same height, with no mechanical percolator required.

Borosilicate Glass

The Extra Kinky Zong is built from borosilicate glass — heat-resistant, chemically inert, and more durable under thermal cycling than soft glass. The same material used in laboratory glassware. ZongGlass uses premium borosilicate throughout the range for build quality that holds up through years of regular use.

Every Extra Kinky Zong is built to order at the ZongGlass workshop in Phoenix, Arizona. Standard lead time 2–3 weeks; up to 30 days at peak. Glass-on-glass with 14mm bowl and downstem included.
